Returns & Refunds
You can return the jewelry up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order.
You can only return the item if the item is undamaged and unworn. The customer is responsible for the return costs.
Earrings can unfortunately not be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.

Refund Policy
If you have purchased anything on Anaju, but:

didn’t receive the right products, or

didn’t receive your products within the guaranteed delivery time (45 days), you get a full refund from us.
However we can’t give you full refund under the following circumstances:

Your order didn’t arrive due to factors within your control (for example you provided us with the wrong shipping address).

Your order didn’t arrive due to one or other circumstances outside the control of Anaju (for example not cleared by customs, or natural disasters).
